HappyMapper is a projection mapping application for iPhone developed by Kenny Lu. It allows users to map video and images onto physical surfaces using a connected projector or external display.
HappyMapper grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on any Apple device you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the app.
HappyMapper is free to download and includes full access to all features with one shape. To add unlimited shapes, a Premium subscription or lifetime purchase is required. Pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings. We do not offer refunds outside of Apple's standard refund policy.
HappyMapper integrates with Pexels, Pixabay, and Giphy to provide video and GIF search. Content accessed through these services is subject to their respective licenses and terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any content complies with the applicable license. Most content from Pexels and Pixabay is licensed under Creative Commons Zero (CC0), but you should verify this for any content you use commercially or publicly.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
Any media you import from your own photo library remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not access, store, or share it.
You agree not to use HappyMapper to project or display content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others. You are solely responsible for what you project using the app.
HappyMapper, its name, logo, design, and code are the intellectual property of Kenny Lu. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding.
HappyMapper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use it at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kenny Lu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of HappyMapper, including but not limited to loss of data, damage to equipment, or lost profits.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. We will note significant changes in the app's release notes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
